Every Gold Tiara or Gold Crown Lunch must be registered with Sydney Children’s Hospital and be issued with an Authority to Fundraise. Check out more about fundraising regulations here or for more information you can visit the NSW Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing.
Simply complete this form to register your fundraising event or activity ONLINE and you will automatically be registered to get creative and host a fantastic Gold Lunch plus raise money for the Hospital. Or, you can print off the form and fax it to us on (02) 9314 6195.
Soon after registering you will receive an Authority to Fundraise and be set to go!
