Children have a special place in my heart and particularly children
who are ill or injured. At Sydney Children’s Hospital I have met
extraordinarily brave and amazing patients who are cared for with exceptional
professionalism and dedication. I continue to be inspired by these amazing
children, their parents and the staff of the hospital.
However, they need our support and Gold Week is a fantastic opportunity
for everyone to become involved in making a significant difference to
their patients and the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. I
encourage everyone to join me and get involved with Gold Week 2008.
